Cowgirl
Also called: On top, Rider on top
One partner lies back, the other straddles them facing forward and sets the pace.
One partner lies on their back. The other kneels astride their hips, facing them, and lowers down. The partner on top controls depth, speed and angle by leaning forward, sitting upright or leaning back on their hands. Leaning forward onto the bottom partner's chest is closer and gentler; sitting upright is deeper.
Letting the partner on top lead. Great for finding exactly the right angle, and the bottom partner has hands free and a good view.
Rocking forward and back takes less effort than bouncing up and down. A pillow under the bottom partner's head keeps eye contact easy.
The bottom partner can hold the rider's hips to help with rhythm, or keep still and let them lead entirely.
Go slowly when lowering down. Coming down hard at the wrong angle can hurt a penis or a toy. Keep the motion controlled.
Agree on it before you try it, use plenty of lube, and either of you can stop at any point. This guide is general information, not medical advice.
