Unlimited is the membership, at $9.99/mo or $59/yr, and opens the hottest games, every scene and full use of the Room Designer. Design help with us is priced per project, from $49.

Render limits are a fair-use cap, because each render costs us to make. A second take counts toward the 30-day limit, and a render that fails or is refused by a safety check doesn't count at all. On the free trial everything opens, with 3 room renders; 4K and 360° views start with your first payment. The current limits are always in our terms.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, online, whenever you like: on your account page, choose "Manage membership" to open Stripe's secure billing page. Or email hello@braiseroom.comfrom the address on your account and we'll cancel it for you. Either way the renewal stops and your membership runs to the end of the period you've already paid for.
What happens to my saved rooms and renders if I cancel?
They stay in your account. Anything you save on Braise is yours, and saved rooms aren't tied to a membership. When the paid period ends, the members-only decks, scenes and Room Designer features close and your account goes back to a free one. Renders stay private, and you can delete any saved room yourself from your account page whenever you like.
Is my room photo private?
Yes. Your photo is stripped of its location data, used to make your render and then deleted. The render is saved privately to your account. We keep the photo only if, after seeing your render, you say yes to letting us feature your before and after, and you can withdraw that at any time. The privacy policy walks through every step.
Are there any other fees?
Prices are shown before you pay, and payments run through Stripe under a plain, neutral billing descriptor. Consultations are fully remote, so there's never a travel charge, and Signature is one flat price paid when you book. The products in a design plan are bought separately, straight from the retailers, and Braise doesn't install anything. Gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees.
Can I get a refund?
A membership period that has started isn't refunded, and neither is a render you've already made, since both are delivered right away. If something on our side failed (you were charged and couldn't use it, or you were charged twice), tell us and we'll make it right with a refund or extra time. The founding lifetime plan is non-refundable. Consultations differ by tier: the Digital Report is refundable until we begin, the Virtual Design Session can be canceled for a full refund with 24 hours' notice, and Signature is refunded in full before your discovery session. How does the 7-day free trial work?
The yearly plan starts with it. The trial opens everything, with 3room renders; 4K and 360° views start once your membership bills. We'll email you before the trial ends, and if you don't cancel by then, the first year is charged when it ends.
