The prices above cover the design service described in each tier. A few things are quoted separately so there are no surprises:
- ·On-site travel. For in-home tiers, travel and any lodging are billed separately based on your location, and confirmed with you before anything is scheduled. The “from” price reflects the design work, not travel.
- ·Products & furnishings. The cost of the products, furniture, and materials themselves is separate from the design fee. You can purchase everything yourself from your plan, or have us handle procurement (see below).
- ·Full implementation. If you’d like the whole transformation handled (general contracting, procurement and product purchases, installation, and project/contract management), that’s a separate engagement. After your consultation we can prepare a tailored proposal for implementation, scoped and priced to your project.
- ·No obligation. Those proposals are entirely optional and provided only if you want them. Many clients simply take their design and run with it themselves.
