A few questions so your first conversation with the Braise team starts somewhere real: the space, the goal, and how far you'd like to take it. It takes a few minutes, most of it is optional, and everything you share stays private to us. Photos are the most useful thing you can add, and never required.

Good to know before you book
  • Discreet billing. The $49 Digital Report and the $499 Signature are paid securely on the next step; the $149 Virtual Design Session is invoiced after we've read your request. Everything is handled by Stripe and billed under a neutral name that doesn't identify the site.
  • Have a gift card? Redeem it on the redeem page first, then come back here signed in. A Digital Report or Virtual Design Session card is applied when you send this form, with nothing to pay.
  • Cancellations. The Digital Report is refundable before we begin, and Signature is refundable in full before your discovery session. The Virtual Design Session and each Signature session reschedule free with 24 hours' notice. Full detail in the terms.
  • Fully remote. Every consultation happens by video and email, and no one visits your home. For Signature, you capture the room yourself with a LiDAR scan on an iPhone Pro or iPad Pro, or with a few measurements and four corner photos. Signature is one flat $499, paid when you book, with nothing more to pay us later.
  • Your photos. Anything you upload stays private to us, is used only to prepare your plan, and is never shared or published.
