The Arched Mirror
Lantern light, a carved arch, and something new on your own.
A tall arched mirror in a riad bedroom catches the lanterns twice. Tonight you use it to try something new, alone, slowly enough to notice everything.
The evening
After Midnight: Bolder. Suggestive, never explicit.
Try something new: a toy you haven't used, a different position, or edging if you never have. Kneel facing the mirror or lie back with a pillow under your hips, add lube, and go slower than feels necessary.
This is yours to shape. Stop, slow down or change course whenever you like. Nothing here is a goal you have to reach.
The setting
Pierced lanterns and a cluster of candles, so pattern lands on the walls. Overhead lights off.
Something warm and hypnotic with a soft drum under it, low enough to talk over.
Warm and resinous, a little sweet, like a courtyard after dark.
Rough wool underfoot, soft linen on the bed, and cushions you can sink into.
Positions it suits
From the position guide: frank, practical and comfort-aware, with the furniture that makes each one easier.
