The Y Curve

The receiving partner lies face down with their upper body draped off the edge of the bed onto their forearms, while the other partner lies over them from behind.

How to do it

The receiving partner lies on their stomach on the bed, then slides forward until their chest and head hang over the edge and their forearms rest on the floor, with their hips and legs still on the mattress. The other partner lies over the receiving partner's legs from behind, legs stretched out along theirs, and props up their own upper body on straight arms with hands on the receiving partner's lower back or on the bed. The receiving partner's body forms a gentle downward curve, which tilts the hips up. The partner on top moves with small, steady strokes, since there isn't much room to travel. Sliding the receiving partner back so only their head and shoulders are off the edge makes it less intense.

What it's good for

A new angle from behind and a rush of sensation for the receiving partner. It's surprisingly restful for the person underneath.

Make it easier

Put a cushion or a low ottoman under the receiving partner's forearms so they aren't reaching all the way to the floor.

A small tip

Keep sessions short and come back up between rounds. It's a fun change of pace rather than a place to stay.

Comfort and care

If you get dizzy with your head down, raise your hands to a higher surface right away.

Agree on it before you try it, use plenty of lube, and either of you can stop at any point. This guide is general information, not medical advice.
