The Bridge
Also called: Glute bridge
The receiving partner lifts their hips into a bridge. A strong angle and a workout.
The receiving partner lies on their back, feet flat and close to their hips, and pushes their hips up into a bridge. The other partner kneels between their legs and supports their hips or lower back with their hands. The lifted pelvis angles everything up toward the front wall.
A sharp, focused angle and a bit of a challenge. Short bursts, not a whole evening.
Put a wedge or firm pillow under the lower back to hold the bridge for you. That turns it into Hips Raised.
Hold the bridge for a minute, rest, and go again. Nobody needs to prove anything.
If your lower back or hips complain, stop and switch to something with more support. Pain is a signal, not a hurdle.
A wedge gives you the bridge angle without holding it.
