Standing From Behind
Also called: Standing doggy
Both standing, the front partner bent forward against a wall, dresser or bed.
The front partner stands with their feet apart and bends forward, bracing their hands on a wall, a dresser or the bed. The partner behind stands close and holds their hips. The further forward the front partner bends, the deeper it gets. Height differences are the main challenge: the taller partner bends their knees.
Urgency, spontaneity and depth. Hands are free to reach around.
Bracing forearms on the bed is easier than bracing hands on a wall. A low step under the shorter partner's feet fixes height gaps.
If knees start to shake, the front partner can drop to the bed and keep the same angle lying down.
Deep positions can hit the cervix or press on tender spots. Start shallow, let the receiving partner set the depth, and ease off at the first wince.
Agree on it before you try it, use plenty of lube, and either of you can stop at any point. This guide is general information, not medical advice.
