The Pillar
Also called: The Hero, Legs up
The receiving partner lies back and raises both legs straight up together, held against the kneeling partner's chest. Tight and deep.
The receiving partner lies on their back. The other partner kneels upright between their legs and pulls their hips up onto their thighs. The receiving partner then lifts both legs straight toward the ceiling, keeping them pressed together, so their legs rest against one side of the kneeling partner's chest and shoulder. The kneeling partner wraps an arm around the receiving partner's thighs to hold the legs in place and uses the other hand on their hip for balance. Keeping the legs together makes for a much tighter fit than Legs on Shoulders, where the ankles part. Bending the knees slightly takes stretch off the hamstrings; tipping the legs a little toward the receiving partner's chest makes it deeper.
A tight fit and a strong angle, plus a nice view for the kneeling partner. The receiving partner gets to relax while their legs are held.
A pillow or wedge under the hips means the kneeling partner doesn't have to support so much weight. Soft knees are fine; the legs don't have to be perfectly straight.
Squeezing the thighs together on purpose adds pressure. Shift the legs a little to one side or the other to find the spot that works best.
Deep positions can hit the cervix or press on tender spots. Start shallow, let the receiving partner set the depth, and ease off at the first wince.
