Also called: Reverse, seated partner

How to do it

One partner sits on the bed with legs stretched out in front of them, leaning back on their hands. The other partner kneels astride their hips facing away, lowers down, then leans forward and places their hands on the bed past the seated partner's knees, almost on all fours. The rider's knees stay on the bed on either side of the seated partner's hips, which gives them a strong base for rocking forward and back. The seated partner can stay propped on their hands or free one to hold the rider's hips. Leaning the rider further forward changes the angle toward the back wall; sitting more upright makes it deeper and slower.

What it's good for

Letting the partner on top set the rhythm while the seated partner has a close-up view and hands free.

Make it easier

The seated partner can lean back against a headboard or stacked pillows instead of holding themselves up.

A small tip

Try long, slow rocks forward and back, like rowing, rather than lifting up and down.

Comfort and care

This angle can bend a penis awkwardly if the rider lifts too high or leans too far forward too fast. Slow, controlled movement keeps it comfortable.

Agree on it before you try it, use plenty of lube, and either of you can stop at any point. This guide is general information, not medical advice.
