Leaning Reverse Rider
Also called: The Rider, Forward-leaning reverse cowgirl
A forward-leaning take on reverse cowgirl. The partner on top faces the other's feet and tips forward, hands resting on their legs.
One partner lies flat on their back with legs stretched out straight and arms folded behind their head. The other kneels astride their hips facing their feet, knees on the bed on either side, and lowers down. Instead of sitting upright, the partner on top leans forward from the hips and rests their hands on the bottom partner's thighs or shins, keeping the chest lifted and the back long. Most of the weight goes into the knees and hands, so the hips are free to rock forward and back or slide up and down. Leaning further forward changes the angle toward the back wall; easing back toward upright makes it shallower and slower. The bottom partner can keep still and enjoy the view or reach up to hold the rider's hips.
Letting the partner on top set every detail of pace and depth. Both partners have their hands free, and the bottom partner gets to relax completely.
A pillow under the bottom partner's head keeps their neck comfortable. If knees get sore, the rider can shift weight forward into the hands for a while.
Small forward-and-back rocking tends to feel better here than big lifts. The bottom partner can trace the rider's back or hold their hips to help steady the rhythm.
This one can bend a penis at an awkward angle if the rider lifts too high or leans too far forward too fast. Slow, controlled movement keeps it comfortable.
Agree on it before you try it, use plenty of lube, and either of you can stop at any point. This guide is general information, not medical advice.
