The Rock 'n' Roller
Also called: Rock and roller
A bolder cousin of the Deep Fold: the receiving partner rolls their legs right back over their own body while the other kneels in close.
The receiving partner lies on their back and draws their knees to their chest, then keeps rolling the legs back so their feet travel up past their own shoulders and their hips lift off the bed. The kneeling partner kneels upright between their thighs, sits back slightly on their heels and leans in, holding the receiving partner's ankles or calves up by their own head for support. The receiving partner's weight rests on their upper back and shoulders, with arms flat on the bed for balance. The kneeling partner moves in short, controlled strokes rather than long ones. Letting the legs come forward toward the kneeling partner's chest eases the fold and the depth; pressing them further back makes it more intense.
Very deep penetration and a tight, full feeling. Good for couples who already like the Deep Fold and want more of it.
Put a firm pillow under the receiving partner's hips so they don't have to roll as far. The kneeling partner can take the legs fully so the receiving partner just relaxes.
Agree on a simple hand signal before you start, since the receiving partner is folded up and talking takes more breath than usual.
Keep the weight on the upper back and shoulders, never on the neck. Skip this one with neck or back trouble, and start shallow since it is very deep.
A wedge under the hips does some of the lifting, so the fold is less of a stretch.
