The Reverse Crouch
Also called: The Crouching Tiger, Reverse squatting cowgirl
Squatting cowgirl turned around: the partner on top crouches facing the other's feet. Strong legs, full control of depth.
One partner lies on their back across the bed with their hips near the edge and lower legs hanging down, feet on the floor. The other climbs on top facing their feet and, instead of kneeling, crouches with both feet planted flat on the bed on either side of the bottom partner's hips. Hands go on the bottom partner's thighs or knees for balance. From the squat the partner on top lowers down and rises up using their legs, so they decide every inch of depth and the pace. Leaning forward onto the hands takes weight off the thighs; staying upright makes it deeper.
The partner on top who wants complete control of depth and rhythm. The view and the angle are both very different from regular cowgirl.
Drop the knees to the bed and turn it into ordinary reverse cowgirl whenever the thighs tire. The bottom partner can steady the crouching partner's hips with both hands.
Go slowly at the bottom of each movement. Coming down too fast at this angle can bend a penis or a toy uncomfortably.
Squatting is hard on knees and thighs. Switch to kneeling the moment your legs start to burn, and come down slowly.
Agree on it before you try it, use plenty of lube, and either of you can stop at any point. This guide is general information, not medical advice.
