How to do it

The receiving partner lies on their back with legs straight and close together. The top partner lies over them with their legs outside the receiving partner's, then presses up onto straight arms, hands flat on the bed beside the receiving partner's shoulders, so their chest lifts and their back arches slightly. The top partner's hips stay pressed down while the upper body stays high, so the movement comes from the hips in short, grinding strokes. The receiving partner can rest their hands on the top partner's waist or reach up to their chest. Lowering onto forearms brings faces closer; staying high gives both of you a full view and changes the angle toward the front wall.

What it's good for

Eye contact with a little distance, a tight fit from closed legs, and a lot of pressure where the bodies meet.

Make it easier

Drop to forearms whenever arms get tired. A pillow under the receiving partner's hips makes the angle easier to find.

A small tip

The receiving partner squeezing their thighs together, then relaxing, adds a lot without anyone changing position.

Agree on it before you try it, use plenty of lube, and either of you can stop at any point. This guide is general information, not medical advice.
