The Leg Lock
Also called: Interlocked reverse
Both partners lie stretched out, one on top facing the other's feet, with legs laced together. Slow, low and very close.
One partner lies flat on their back with legs straight and slightly apart. The other lies down on top of them facing the opposite way, so their head ends up near the bottom partner's feet, and slides back until hips line up. Both of you then thread your legs together, each pair of legs passing over or between the other's, so you're locked in place from the hips down. The top partner props up on forearms or rests on the bottom partner's legs. Movement is a slow slide forward and back along each other's bodies rather than thrusting. Tightening or loosening the lock of your legs changes how snug it feels.
Lazy, full-body contact when neither of you wants to hold a pose up. The interlaced legs keep everything aligned without effort.
A pillow under the bottom partner's head, and another under the top partner's chest so they can rest instead of propping up.
Let the top partner set a slow, sliding rhythm and keep it going; the steady friction is the point here, not speed.
Agree on it before you try it, use plenty of lube, and either of you can stop at any point. This guide is general information, not medical advice.
