Double Decker

Both partners lie face up, one stacked on top of the other. The top partner leans back along the bottom partner's body.

How to do it

One partner lies flat on their back with legs straight. The other partner sits on their hips facing away, lowers down, then lies back along the bottom partner's chest so both of you face the ceiling. The top partner bends their knees and plants their feet on the bed outside the bottom partner's legs, which gives them leverage to lift and lower their hips. Their hands can rest on the bed beside them or hold the bottom partner's thighs. The bottom partner's hands are free to wander, and they can kiss the top partner's neck and shoulders. Drawing the top partner's knees toward their chest makes the fit tighter; straightening the legs out makes it shallower and more restful.

What it's good for

Hands-free touch from the bottom partner and an easy way to add a vibrator. It's close without being face to face.

Make it easier

A pillow under the bottom partner's head and shoulders raises them slightly so the top partner isn't lying quite as flat.

A small tip

Instead of big movements, the top partner can press their hips down and circle. Small motions go a long way here.

Comfort and care

Go slowly when lowering down. Coming down hard at the wrong angle can hurt a penis or a toy. Keep the motion controlled.

Agree on it before you try it, use plenty of lube, and either of you can stop at any point. This guide is general information, not medical advice.
