The Knee Rest
Also called: The Thigh Master, Knees-up reverse cowgirl
Reverse cowgirl with the bottom partner's knees raised as a backrest and handhold. Steadier and easier to control than the upright version.
One partner lies on their back and bends their knees, feet flat on the bed. The other kneels astride their hips facing the raised knees and lowers down. The partner on top rests their hands, or leans their chest, against the bottom partner's knees, which gives them something solid to push against. From there they can rock forward and back, circle the hips, or lift and lower using the knees for leverage. The bottom partner can bring their knees closer or let them drift apart to change how much support there is.
Anyone who likes reverse cowgirl but finds the upright version wobbly. The raised knees make it stable and give the rider leverage.
Keep the movement to a forward and back rock rather than bouncing. A pillow under the bottom partner's head makes it comfortable for them to stay put.
The bottom partner's hands are free here; resting them on the rider's hips helps both of you find a shared rhythm.
Agree on it before you try it, use plenty of lube, and either of you can stop at any point. This guide is general information, not medical advice.
