Glowing Juniper

The receiving partner lies back with knees bent while the other sits up between their legs, legs stretched out underneath. Calm, slow and face to face.

How to do it

The receiving partner lies on their back with knees bent and feet flat on the bed. The other partner sits upright facing them, slides their legs out straight underneath the receiving partner's raised thighs, and scoots in until their hips meet. The receiving partner's legs drape over the sitting partner's hips or thighs, feet resting on the bed behind them. The sitting partner rests their hands on the receiving partner's hips, belly or thighs. Movement is small and slow, more of a rocking and pulling than thrusting, and the sitting partner can lean back on their hands to change the angle. Neither partner has to hold up their own body weight, which makes it easy to stay a long time.

What it's good for

Long, unhurried sex with lots of looking at each other. The sitting partner has both hands free to touch and the receiving partner can relax completely.

Make it easier

The sitting partner can lean against the headboard or a stack of pillows. A pillow under the receiving partner's hips helps line things up.

A small tip

The sitting partner's hands are free and right there. Use them, or add a small vibrator between you.

Agree on it before you try it, use plenty of lube, and either of you can stop at any point. This guide is general information, not medical advice.
