Balancing Act
A reverse cowgirl variation where the bottom partner's raised knees give the rider something to rest their legs on.
One partner lies on their back and draws their knees up toward their chest, lower legs angled up. The other partner sits on their hips facing their feet, lowering down as in reverse cowgirl. Once connected, the partner on top lifts their own legs off the bed and lays them over the bottom partner's raised shins, holding the bottom partner's knees or thighs for balance. Sitting upright with the weight centered on the hips, the top partner rocks forward and back instead of bouncing. The bottom partner can lower or raise their knees to tip the rider forward or back, which changes the angle for both of you.
Teamwork. Both partners control part of the movement, and the rider gets a deep, centered angle without kneeling.
The top partner can keep their feet on the bed beside the bottom partner's hips until they feel steady, then lift one leg at a time.
Hold each other's hands or forearms for balance; it makes the whole thing feel more connected.
Go slowly when settling your weight. Leaning too far forward or back too fast can bend a penis or toy awkwardly. Keep the motion small and controlled.
Agree on it before you try it, use plenty of lube, and either of you can stop at any point. This guide is general information, not medical advice.
