Also called: Venudaritaka, One leg up
On the back, one leg up on a shoulder and one stretched out, switching sides now and then.
The receiving partner lies on their back. One leg rests on the kneeling partner's shoulder; the other stays stretched out on the bed. Every so often, swap which leg is up. Each switch changes the angle and the feeling.
Variety without changing position, depth and a lot of eye contact.
A pillow under the hips, and swap legs slowly so nobody gets a cramp.
The partner on top can lean in to deepen it or sit back to soften it.
Deep positions can hit the cervix or press on tender spots. Start shallow, let the receiving partner set the depth, and ease off at the first wince.
Agree on it before you try it, use plenty of lube, and either of you can stop at any point. This guide is general information, not medical advice.
