The Lustful Leg
Also called: Standing leg-up
Standing face to face, the receiving partner raises one leg all the way up so their ankle rests on the other's shoulder. A standing split for the flexible.
Both partners stand facing each other, close. The receiving partner wraps their arms around the other partner's neck or shoulders for balance. They then raise one leg, keeping it as straight as is comfortable, and rest the ankle on the other partner's shoulder; the other partner helps by holding the back of that thigh. The receiving partner stays on the toes or the flat of their standing foot, and the other partner bends their knees a little to line up hips. Movement is small and slow, mostly the standing partner rocking from the knees. Lowering the raised leg to rest in the crook of the other partner's elbow keeps the same feel with far less stretch.
Close, face-to-face standing sex with a real sense of occasion. Great for anyone with dance or yoga flexibility.
Have the receiving partner lean back against a wall so balance isn't an issue. A height difference is easier if the shorter partner stands on a low step.
Warm up first. A few minutes of kissing and stretching beforehand makes the leg lift much more comfortable.
Lifting a leg this high can pull a hamstring or hip if you're not used to it. Only go as high as feels good, and keep a hand on something steady.
Agree on it before you try it, use plenty of lube, and either of you can stop at any point. This guide is general information, not medical advice.
