We've owned Lonesome Dragon swings for several years and have hung them in two places: a basement gym that doubles as a playroom, and the garage.
Ours hangs from a heavy-duty X-mount ceiling anchor screwed straight into a 2x6 joist. This is the part not to cheap out on. Always anchor into a joist, buy an anchor rated well beyond the weight it will carry, and follow the directions that come with the swing. Good heavy-duty anchors are rated for several hundred pounds, but check the rating on the one you buy.
It comes down in seconds. When family visits, it goes into a locked closet.
