The Shoulder Holder
A deeper take on legs on the shoulders: the kneeling partner leans forward onto their hands, folding the receiving partner's legs back.
The receiving partner lies on their back. The other partner kneels between their legs, and the receiving partner rests one or both ankles on the kneeling partner's shoulders. Rather than staying upright, as in Legs on Shoulders, the kneeling partner then leans forward and plants their hands on the bed beside the receiving partner's ribs or shoulders, so the receiving partner's knees fold back toward their own chest. This brings your faces much closer and tilts the receiving partner's hips up sharply. The kneeling partner moves from the hips while their arms take their upper-body weight; the receiving partner can hold the kneeling partner's arms or reach up to their face. Leaning only partway forward keeps it gentler; resting just one ankle on a shoulder gives a twisting angle.
Depth and eye contact at the same time, which few positions manage. It suits couples who like an intense, close finish.
A pillow under the receiving partner's hips reduces how far their legs need to fold. The kneeling partner can lean less if their arms tire.
Let the receiving partner decide how far forward the kneeling partner leans. That one choice sets the depth.
Deep positions can hit the cervix or press on tender spots. Start shallow, let the receiving partner set the depth, and ease off at the first wince.
A wedge under the hips makes the fold easier on the lower back.
