Oral sex for both of you at the same time, head to toe.

How to do it

Partners lie head to toe so each one's mouth is level with the other's hips. The side-by-side version, both on your sides, is the easiest on necks and knees. The stacked version has one partner on their back and the other on hands and knees above them, facing their feet.

What it's good for

Giving and receiving at once. Some people love the shared focus; others find it splits their attention. Both are normal.

Make it easier

Do it side by side, each with your head resting on the other's thigh. Take turns: one gives while the other just enjoys, then swap.

A small tip

Height differences make the stacked version hard. Side-lying fixes that, and pillows under heads fix the rest.

Comfort and care
