This statement covers the content published on braiseroom.com, operated by Braise, a DBA of Ember Group, LLC (the “Company”). It explains why the site is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, and the standards the Company holds all of its content to.

18 U.S.C. § 2257 exemption

The visual content on this site consists of interior-design imagery (room renderings and design references), editorial photography, and decorative or figurative artwork. It does notcontain visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Accordingly, the record-keeping requirements of §§ 2257 and 2257A do not apply to this site's content.

Content standards

Notwithstanding that exemption, the Company applies the following standards to every image it produces or publishes:

• Adults only. Any depiction of a person, real or artistically rendered, depicts only adults. Nothing on this site depicts, or is intended to appear to depict, a minor. This prohibition is absolute.
• Produced in-house.All content is produced in-house by the Company's principals, who are adults (18+) and whose identity is verified by government-issued photo identification. The Company does not host, onboard, or pay any third-party content creators or performers.
• No real-person likeness.AI-generated or figurative artwork depicts fictional adults only. The Company does not create “deepfake” or other imagery replicating the face, body, or voice of any identifiable real person without that person's written consent.
• No user-generated adult content.The site does not host user-uploaded galleries or third-party sexual content. Room photos a member uploads to the design tool are private, used only to generate that member's render, and are not published.

These standards are set out in full in the Company's internal AI-Generated Content Policy and are reviewed regularly.

Custodian of records

To the extent any record-keeping obligation applies to any content now or in the future, the designated Custodian of Records is an officer of Ember Group, LLC, whose records are maintained at the Company's principal place of business in the Commonwealth of Virginia and are available to authorized parties on lawful request. Requests may be directed through the contact page.

Age restriction & reporting

Access to this site is restricted to adults 18 years of age or older, enforced by an age-verification gate. If you believe any content on this site is unlawful, depicts a minor, or uses a real person's likeness without consent, report it immediately through the contact page. The Company removes any such content on notice and reports child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities without exception and without delay.
