Good to know before you book
  • Discreet billing.Payment is handled by a specialist processor, and our billing descriptor is neutral, it doesn't name the site.
  • Cancellations. The Digital Report is refundable before we begin; calls reschedule free with 24 hours' notice; on-site tiers with 14 days'. Full detail in the terms.
  • On-site travel. For in-home tiers, travel and any lodging are billed separately based on your location, and always confirmed with you before anything is scheduled.
  • Your photos. Anything you upload stays private to us, is used only to prepare your plan, and is never shared or published.
