Good to know before you book
  • Discreet billing.The $49 Digital Report is paid securely on the next step; the Virtual Design Session and On-Site Design are quoted and invoiced after we've talked through scope. Everything is handled by Stripe and billed under a neutral name that doesn't identify the site.
  • Cancellations. The Digital Report is refundable before we begin; the Virtual Design Session reschedules free with 24 hours' notice; On-Site Design with 14 days'. Full detail in the terms.
  • On-site travel. For On-Site Design, travel and any lodging are scoped and quoted up front based on your location, and confirmed with you before anything is scheduled. Your deposit covers the work and the agreed travel.
  • Your photos. Anything you upload stays private to us, is used only to prepare your plan, and is never shared or published.
